Welcome to the 2025 Pacific Southwest Region (PSR) University Transportation Center (UTC) Annual Congress, which will be held on March 24-25, 2025 in Berkeley, California. Hosted by the University of California, Berkeley, this congress aims to create a platform for students from various academic institutions in the Pacific Southwest region to convene, exchange research findings, and foster professional networks. The PSR UTC, designated as the Region 9 UTC, was established in 2016 under the leadership of the University of Southern California (USC). It comprises a consortium of nine esteemed academic partners, namely California State University, Long Beach; Northern Arizona University; Pima Community College; University of California, Berkeley; University of California, Davis; University of California, Irvine; University of California, Los Angeles; University of Hawaii; and University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
